Sr. Manager, Information Security Identity and Access Management Operations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hingham, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $113,940–$139,260 per year, plus eligibility for variable pay

What you will do

• Lead daily IAM Operations, including user lifecycle events, access provisioning and deprovisioning, and new-hire onboarding.
• Oversee IAM solutions and coordinate with engineering, architecture, identity governance, product ownership, and integration teams.
• Develop the IAM roadmap, allocate team resources, and manage individual, team, and enterprise deliverables.
• Identify automation and process-maturity opportunities that improve security, user experience, governance, and audit compliance.
• Support internal and external logical access audits and monitor quality assurance results.
• Design and manage strategies for securing, monitoring, and administering privileged accounts and access.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM Operations or security roles.
• Experience with IAM and IGA solutions such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Delinea, or CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, compliance standards, and security frameworks including NIST and SOC.
• Expert knowledge of BCBSMA information security standards, industry practices, frameworks, and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, security, or compliance, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for working with business partners, stakeholders, senior leadership, and team members.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
