Cyber Identity Access Management Manager - Microsoft Entra ID

Location: Boston, Charlotte, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or Arlington, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Salary: $161,920–$202,400 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Assess IAM current states, identity architectures, application portfolios, risks, dependencies, and modernization priorities.
• Develop IAM strategies, transformation roadmaps, requirements, implementation recommendations, and transition plans.
• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID architectures, integrations, hybrid identity solutions, API-driven provisioning, ECMA connectivity, and Entra Application Proxy.
• Implement Zero Trust controls, Conditional Access policies, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, and privileged access governance.
• Lead client workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee project teams and delivery quality, and mentor junior consultants.
• Manage engagement financials, staffing, work plans, client expectations, proposals, and practice development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related cybersecurity experience in consulting or a similar function.
• One relevant certification is required, such as CISSP, CISM, SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-400, or an equivalent cybersecurity or identity certification.
• Deep Microsoft Entra ID expertise, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, access reviews, entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, and identity governance.
• Experience with IAM integrations, hybrid identity architectures, directory synchronization, API-driven provisioning, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, PAM, and PIM.
• Strong project management, client communication, executive-level advisory, practice development, and relationship management skills; ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Identity Governance.
