Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst (Cybersecurity): Designing and maintaining enterprise IAM governance, identity lifecycle processes, authentication controls, and access certifications with an accent on least privilege, RBAC, segregation of duties, and SOX compliance. Focus on integrating Entra ID, Active Directory, cloud identity platforms, and IAM tools while automating provisioning workflows and resolving complex access risks.

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM and SOX logical access controls across financial and enterprise systems.
- Administer identity governance, provisioning workflows, joiner-mover-leaver processes, access certifications, and remediation activities.
- Design and maintain IAM frameworks based on least privilege, RBAC, ABAC, segregation of duties, and Zero Trust principles.
- Support SSO, MFA, conditional access, federation, privileged access management, and identity lifecycle integrations.
- Configure and enhance IAM platforms including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk.
- Automate access workflows and collaborate with IT, engineering, legal, risk, audit, HR, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Information Technology experience and 5+ years of hands-on IAM, IT security, or infrastructure experience.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Active Directory, LDAP, cloud identity, and hybrid identity architectures.
- Experience with access governance, SOX controls, audit readiness, segregation of duties, identity threat detection, and remediation.
- Strong English communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-300, or another relevant IAM or security certification.
- Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with identity analytics, SOAR, SIEM integrations, ISPM, NIST frameworks, and MITRE ATT&CK.
