Senior Principal, IAM Strategy & Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite role

Salary: $164,600–$288,000 USD annual base pay, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity plan.
• Own product strategy and lifecycle management for IAM capabilities and services, including objectives, key results, metrics, and success criteria.
• Lead enterprise-scale IAM transformation initiatives, governance forums, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, technology, business, risk, compliance, audit, and executive stakeholders to drive IAM adoption and alignment.
• Strengthen IAM governance, control effectiveness, regulatory alignment, remediation efforts, and security-by-design practices.
• Establish analytics, KPIs, KCIs, executive reporting, and performance management frameworks for IAM services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, product management, technology strategy, or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale IAM initiatives and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of IAM architecture, operating models, governance, and industry best practices.
• Experience developing technology strategies, business cases, executive presentations, and long-term roadmaps.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
