What you will do
- Manage distribution channels and a portfolio of distributor and dealer partners across Africa.
- Define market-share targets and financial plans for channel partners.
- Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans.
- Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.
- Lead governance meetings, including the Channel Change Board and Sales Force meetings.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams.
Requirements
- Background in business, marketing, or engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in heavy industrial equipment markets, aftermarket parts, service, or sales.
- Proven experience in channel development and partner management.
- Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% across Africa and France.
- Knowledge of generators, engines, transfer switches, and related controls is helpful but not required.
