Senior Project Manager / Project Director

What you will do

• Lead projects from inception through completion, taking accountability for safe delivery across the full CAPEX/OPEX lifecycle.
• Manage HSE, quality, customer satisfaction, project scope, schedule, cost, resources, materials, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate design, construction, commercial, engineering, project management, and subcontractor teams.
• Own project review meetings, governance, contract compliance, project controls, dashboards, and change management.
• Mentor direct reports and develop team capability, expertise, and continuous improvement practices.
• Support sales pursuits, contract growth, pre-construction engagement, customer relationships, and improved technical and commercial offerings.

Requirements

• Experience managing mechanical and piping projects, ideally involving E&I and SIP disciplines.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineers and project management teams under people, time, and budget constraints.
• Experience delivering fixed-price, unit-rate, or target-cost work packages involving multiple interfaces and subcontractors.
• Strong contract management experience, including complex commercial frameworks, NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, and change management.
• Degree or HND in engineering or a commercial discipline.
• APM PMQ or equivalent, SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH, and CDM qualifications or knowledge.

Nice to have

• Chartered Project Professional qualification.
• Experience with early contractor involvement and pre-construction engagement during FEED and detailed engineering phases.
