Project Manager (Commercial Real Estate, Smart Buildings & Construction) (Digital Building systems): Managing end-to-end delivery of Digital Building consultancy and systems integration projects with an accent on budgets, schedules, stakeholder coordination, and technical deployment. Focus on leading multi-stakeholder teams, managing risks and changes, commissioning smart building systems, and ensuring commercially successful project outcomes.
Location: Based in the UK with frequent travel to London

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Building consultancy and systems integration projects.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
- Coordinate consultants, technical specialists, contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee smart technology deployment, system commissioning, documentation, handover, and project closeout.
- Provide financial, operational, and risk reporting while identifying additional service opportunities.
- Improve project delivery processes, governance frameworks, templates, and lessons-learned practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience delivering commercial real estate, smart building, building technology, systems integration, IoT, or Digital Building projects.
- Experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through closeout.
- Strong project management, operational governance, risk, issue, and change management skills.
- Client relationship management, stakeholder communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring project teams.
- Technical understanding of Digital Building systems integration, design, and implementation, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RIBA Stages of Work, AIA Stages, or equivalent international frameworks.
- Experience in construction project delivery, systems commissioning, or facilities technology integration.
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or data analytics tools.
- Experience developing SoWs, RFPs, technical submittals, and operational process documentation.
- PMI, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualifications.
