Senior Project Manager MEP

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction and MEP projects for timely, budget-compliant, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, project progress, information flow, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Lead onsite progress monitoring and promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors, including schedules and partner engagement.
• Manage handover planning and ensure project documentation and expectations are completed on time.
• Lead project meetings, improve project processes, and review proposed variations and delays.

Requirements

• Project management experience focused on data centre fit-outs.
• Proven MEP experience, ideally within data centres.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
