What you will do
- Manage the delivery of temporary installations, power, and lighting work packages across the HPC nuclear power plant site.
- Lead engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Control project schedules, budgets, risks, opportunities, quality, and change.
- Manage contracts, commercial obligations, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, nuclear quality standards, and site safety requirements.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience on major construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
- Experience with electrical installations, temporary power systems, site services, or utilities infrastructure.
- Experience delivering projects in highly regulated environments.
- Strong contract, cost, schedule, risk, change, stakeholder, and contractor management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Security Clearance may be required, including completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
Nice to have
- Nuclear industry experience and knowledge of temporary power and lighting systems.
- Experience with electrical infrastructure projects and NEC or FIDIC contracts.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
