VP, Valuation Management (Real Estate)

Annual base salary: $95,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Manage quarterly commercial valuation processes for institutional consulting, bank, and lending engagements.
• Lead the third-party appraisal review process and provide guidance and quality control to valuation professionals.
• Supervise workflows and coordinate on-time delivery of reviews, consulting reports, and other client deliverables.
• Review and analyze appraisal reports and cash flows.
• Communicate with market participants, clients, and colleagues to resolve non-compliant issues.
• Act as an engagement and client lead, managing day-to-day client communication while collaborating with Senior Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of industry or relevant experience, typically including 2 or more years at AVP level or an equivalent position.
• Strong valuation expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Argus.

Nice to have

• Certified General Real Property Appraiser license.
• MAI designation or candidacy for the MAI designation.
