Manager Finance, Valuation & Pricing Analysis

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; hybrid office environment

Salary: $109,000–$131,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage supervisors and individual contributors, including performance and career development discussions.
• Lead valuation, pricing, and impairment analysis for all asset types and derivatives within Investment Reporting.
• Stand up a new investment valuation function supporting the review of asset manager valuations.
• Oversee private credit asset accounting methodology, including valuation and income accruals for RNFs and CLOs.
• Design and implement process and control improvements, review issue papers and control memoranda, and escalate accounting issues.
• Partner with Risk, the Investment Office, internal business units, technology teams, third-party firms, and offshore support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of accounting or finance experience, including three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong people management, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and financial business systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

• Working knowledge of investments.
• Experience with valuation, pricing, and impairment analysis across asset types and derivatives.
• Exposure to private credit accounting methodology and process control design oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and take on new analytical initiatives.
