Senior Manager, Events Marketing (Fintech)

Location: Austin, United States; in-person

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annual base salary plus benefits

What you will do

• Develop and execute the annual events strategy and calendar aligned with company goals.
• Create and deliver conferences, trade shows, restaurant launches, customer events, executive dinners, sponsorships, brand activations, and recruiting events.
• Lead internal events including company celebrations, all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team events.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, travel, production, and on-site execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership.
• Define event success metrics, measure ROI, and build scalable playbooks, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing corporate, marketing, experiential, or brand events.
• Track record of creating innovative events that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing significant event budgets and external vendor relationships.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and communicate event ROI.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Startup or high-growth technology company experience.
• Experience in a pod-based or matrix organization.
• Hospitality, restaurant, fintech, or marketplace experience.
• Experience with Cvent, Bizzabo, Splash, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
