Senior Event Producer (Fintech)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid with in-office presence 3 days per week

Base pay: $118,500–$160,500 annually in Mountain View, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive innovative events end to end across company campuses and offsite locations.
• Co-create attendee experiences with workstream leads, business units, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build project plans, timelines, readiness models, leadership reviews, and sponsor approval processes.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, venues, agencies, broadcast production, contracts, vendors, food and beverage, and contingency planning.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, scalability, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Define success measures, analyze post-event data, and recommend improvements for future experiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of end-to-end event project management experience.
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple campuses or offsite locations.
• Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to translate business objectives into event experiences.
• Ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15–20% depending on assigned projects.

Nice to have

• CMP, CMM, or CTSM certification.
