Lead, Event Marketing (Fintech)

Salary: USD 150,000–200,000 per year plus $50,000–75,000 in equity

What you will do

• Own and grow the Slack community for CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance operators.
• Serve as the primary community contact and maintain a high-quality, well-moderated environment.
• Plan and deliver roundtables, panels, webinars, and meetups end to end, including topics, speakers, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
• Partner with marketing, product, growth, and sales to turn community and events into qualified pipeline.
• Convert community insights into input for content, events, and product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community, events, or marketing.
• Experience managing a Slack or similar community and understanding how to maintain its health.
• Strong organization, self-direction, high agency, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Confident communication with senior finance professionals.
