Salary: $129,000 – $188,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and produce a range of event types, from large-scale owned activations (500+ attendees) to trade show activations and field events.
• Build and manage end-to-end event campaign programs, including scopes of work, resource plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to set goals and evaluate event performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and industry organizers.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, audience analysis, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain budget accountability and deliver comprehensive wrap-up reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in event marketing and production.
• Proven track record of producing complex events, including owned events for 500+ attendees.
• Strong project management and communication skills for managing stakeholders across different geographies.
• AI fluency and a willingness to integrate AI-powered tools into professional workflows.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout North America.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building scalable processes.
