Senior Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub required. Relocation support may be available for certain roles.

hirify.global is an intelligent travel and spend management platform automating travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related business workflows.

What you will do

• Build frontend experiences for hirify.global Events, a group travel and events platform.
• Design workflows for corporate event planners, hirify.global support specialists, suppliers, and event participants.
• Shape product direction and contribute to squad goals and long-term vision with Product and Engineering Managers.
• Write design documents, guide technical quality, identify investment areas, and manage technical debt.
• Drive alignment across teams, engineering guilds, and architecture initiatives.
• Mentor engineers, provide review feedback, and raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• Senior-level frontend engineering experience.
• Ability to contribute to product discovery and define what to build and why.
• Experience designing scalable technical solutions and maintaining technical quality.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and lead initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and code review skills.
• English is the official language at the office; submit a resume in English.

• Experience with AI-driven technology.
• Experience in travel, fintech, SaaS, or event-related products.
• Experience working in a startup-to-scale-up environment.
