What you will do

• Own the front-end architecture, coding patterns, review gates, and quality standards used across engineering.
• Define guidelines and constraints for agentic tooling so generated code remains consistent.
• Improve performance in dense, information-heavy views rendering large datasets and live agent output.
• Maintain the component library and design system with design, including the branding layer for client-ready output.
• Make framework and tooling decisions, document trade-offs, and ship features through production support.
• Mentor engineers whose primary discipline is not front-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end engineering experience and deep front-end fundamentals.
• Experience with React, Next.js, and other frameworks or tools, with the ability to explain trade-offs.
• Strong TypeScript experience.
• Strong architecture and systems-design judgment.
• Serious performance-engineering instincts and the ability to diagnose why software is slow.
• Obsessive attention to detail and willingness to work on-site in London.
