Principal Frontend Software Engineer (React)

Location: Fully remote within the United States Pacific or Mountain time zones

Salary: $174,051–$273,775 annual base pay, depending on geographic pay zone, with potential benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Design and develop a new enterprise agility initiative connecting strategy to execution through the hirify.global platform.
• Build and maintain large-scale frontend applications using React.
• Improve the security, reliability, performance, and operational quality of enterprise agility features.
• Build integrations and data synchronizations using event-based pub/sub models.
• Oversee the daily operations of the systems you build.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders while considering customer and business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building large-scale frontend applications with React.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade software and understanding the modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and release processes.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and microservice architectures.
• Comfort working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon Web Services, including EC2, SQS, and S3.
• Experience mentoring more junior engineers.
• Must be located in the US Pacific or Mountain time zones.
