Commercial Lines Renewal Marketing Specialist (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska; Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado; Nampa, Idaho; Portland, Oregon; Seattle and Spokane, Washington

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually; target incentive of 5%

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end marketing process for commercial lines renewals.
• Collaborate with sales associates and client service teams to develop renewal marketing strategies.
• Review submissions, send them to carriers, obtain quotes, and respond to underwriter inquiries.
• Negotiate coverage terms, review carrier quotations, and prepare comparison summaries.
• Create client-ready proposals, finalize marketing efforts, and bind coverage.
• Maintain carrier relationships, accurate agency management records, and current knowledge of insurance products, legislation, and technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work from one of the listed US locations.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Expertise in construction, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, or financial services.
• ARM, CIC, or CPCU designation.
• Knowledge of Sagitta or ImageRight.
