Maintenance Technician, Multifamily

Location: Norcross, Georgia, USA; on-site attendance required with travel between properties.

Salary: $22.10–$26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Prepare apartments for move-in through painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, housekeeping, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and service needs.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal when applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, dog parks, vacant units, and model apartments.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for after-hours emergencies and complete scheduled maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures, protect tools and equipment, complete reports, and maintain professional on-site attendance.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II certification, and CPO or locally required certification.
• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school education.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to understand policy, safety, operating, and maintenance instructions and prepare routine reports.
• Ability to work outdoors between properties, climb stairs and ladders, and lift or move up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of applicable state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
