HRIS Time and Absence Analyst (UKG/Workday)

Salary: $73,000–$110,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Configure and maintain UKG Workforce Management Pro modules for timekeeping, accruals, attendance, and advanced scheduling.
• Manage UKG time clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, installation, troubleshooting, and cutover planning.
• Support day-to-day UKG application management and Workday Time & Absence configuration.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on feature implementations, upgrades, and UKG–Workday integrations.
• Perform unit, UAT, and end-to-end testing and document results.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Time & Absence.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with HRIS or Workforce Management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing UKG Advanced Scheduler for manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
• Familiarity with integration tools and data migration between UKG and Workday.
• Knowledge of time and attendance compliance standards.
