HRIS Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Workday modules, including business process configuration, reporting, training, and data management.
• Maintain employee data integrity, security, usability, and accurate tracking through controls and audits.
• Perform application upgrades, troubleshoot integrations, and resolve system issues with minimal operational disruption.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, documentation, and training materials while providing ongoing user support.
• Identify and implement improvements to HRIS processes, integrations, and system functionality.
• Support HR processes including open enrollment, performance management, compensation cycles, and related policy implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, or Recruiting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Knowledge of database management, data governance, system security, HR data confidentiality, and process controls.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, organization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Prism, Studio, integrations, and vendor platforms such as VNDLY.
