Sr. HRIS Analyst

Location: Amesbury, Massachusetts, United States; potential locations include Casa Grande, Arizona, or Decatur, Alabama. Travel of up to 25% is required during the implementation.

Salary: $95,170–$163,148 annual salary.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end implementation of UKG Time & Attendance in partnership with an external Project Manager.
• Translate time tracking and absence requirements into system configuration and serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert.
• Lead requirements gathering, design reviews, data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare change management documentation, training materials, and end-user support readiness.
• Own UKG Time & Attendance after go-live, including configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, audits, deployments, and upgrades.
• Administer U.S. absence and leave plans in Workday and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and vendors on compliance and policy alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience focused on Time & Attendance and/or Absence Management.
• Experience supporting system implementations in a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, absence, and leave compliance, including FMLA and state leave programs.
• Analytical and reporting skills using UKG Pro Reporting, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Hands-on UKG experience in a multi-state and union environment supporting more than 1,000 employees.
• Experience partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
