UKG Analyst (HRIS)

Location: Onsite at Scion's corporate headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Standard daytime business hours are required, with flexibility during peak periods and system implementations.

Salary: $73,000–$85,000 USD annual base salary, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer the UKG HRIS, including user access, system maintenance, workflows, business rules, security roles, and organizational structures.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Build, maintain, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and workforce metrics.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize processes and improve operational workflows.
• Lead UKG upgrades, patches, testing, feature implementations, and system enhancements.
• Maintain employee records and system integrity while identifying opportunities for data cleanup and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of HRIS administration or HR systems experience, preferably with UKG.
• Experience with HRIS configuration, reporting, analytics, dashboards, troubleshooting, and data cleanup.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with sensitive HR data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and user-support skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and take ownership of system performance.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
