HR Systems Specialist (AI)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on qualifications, with eligibility for an annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on the role.

What you will do

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of HRIS, LMS, talent, performance, and AI-enabled tools.
• Administer and optimize HR systems, including user access, workflows, updates, and system maintenance.
• Analyze HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, learning, and talent development to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Configure solutions that streamline HR workflows, improve data quality, and enhance the associate experience.
• Audit and maintain HR data, reports, dashboards, documentation, job aids, and process guides.
• Train and support HR teams, managers, and associates while monitoring HR technology and AI developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, HR analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and how technology can improve them.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across HR teams and stakeholders.
