What you will do
- Create service jobs and answer incoming service calls.
- Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers.
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching field technicians.
- Maintain technician calendars and service department workflow.
- Manage customer portals and open work orders through completion.
- Meet regularly with the service operations team and support other service functions as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Administrative experience in a service-related business is preferred.
- Experience scheduling field technicians or providing customer service is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent computer-based work and communicate by phone.
- Ability to stand and walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
