Coating Operator - Weekend Shift

Location: Onsite in Rockland, Massachusetts, United States. Weekend day shift runs Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; weekend night shift runs Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Training may initially take place on a different shift.

Salary: $26.10–$32.15 per hour, plus shift differentials.

What you will do

• Set up and operate an assigned coating line to produce quality materials efficiently.
• Coordinate job changeovers, monitor the master control panel, and control line operations.
• Lead production runs according to job specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing schedules.
• Record production data, test results, productivity outcomes, and reasons for missed targets.
• Provide guidance to line personnel and complete required production and quality reports using PMCS/OPRA and designated software.
• Maintain machine-area housekeeping and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher education completed and verified before starting.
• At least one year of plant or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment.
• Proficiency in web handling and alignment, coat-weight variables, tension control, coating methods, NDC scanners, web-drying settings, and safety controls.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• May be required to pass company-selected testing as part of the selection process.
