Coating Operator - Alternating Thurs, Every Fri -Sun 6PM-6AM

Location: Oak Harbor, Ohio, USA. Full-time on-site role working D Shift: alternating Thursdays and every Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Salary: $22.47 per hour plus a $3 per hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate coating-line workstations, load raw materials, and unload finished products.
• Lead machine setups and changeovers, adjust process parameters, and control machine cycles.
• Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, pressures, flow ratios, and related controls.
• Test products using standard measuring devices and maintain production and equipment records.
• Identify malfunctions, make minor equipment adjustments and repairs, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Clean elevated second-story ovens, perform housekeeping and waste removal, and support safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or three years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work safely at heights and in restricted spaces.
• Ability to work overtime, including short-notice requests, with demonstrated flexibility and dependability.
• Strong quality and service focus, including root-cause investigation and timely communication with the team.
• Proficiency with computer applications, especially MFG Pro transactional skills.
• Willingness to learn, cross-train, share knowledge, and participate in required training.
