Coating Operator

What you will do

• Lead machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments on coating lines.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products while monitoring machine cycles.
• Perform routine quality tests using measuring devices to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and temperatures to maintain optimal production sequences.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and maintain accurate production logs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet site goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating night shifts (5:50pm-6am, 3-1-3 schedule).
• Strong commitment to safety practices and policies.
• Proficiency with computer applications, specifically MFG Pro.
• Ability to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
