Coatings Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite, B-shift Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am

Pay range: $30.61–$45.91 per hour

What you will do

• Lead a production team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting productivity and quality.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production plans and targets.
• Monitor quality control processes and investigate production or quality issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with inventory control, and report productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification.
