Site Accountant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage site financial accounting, reporting, balance sheet assurance, reconciliations, and IFRS/GAAP-compliant activities.
• Oversee production accounting, inventory controls, stock valuation, COGS, FIFO, BOM accuracy, and physical inventory counts.
• Lead SAP month-end close activities, maintain financial master data, manage activity-based costing, and reconcile SAP modules.
• Co-lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, including cash flow, working capital, variance, scenario, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, and site leadership by providing financial insight, presentations, recommendations, and challenge.
• Support contract management, tax compliance, audits, intercompany balances, AP, AR, Treasury, and continuous-improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and practical understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage operational complexity, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high data quality.
• Strong digital skills; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Manufacturing cost-accounting experience and CPA qualification are preferred.
