Manager, Financial Reporting - Manufacturing Clients (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports, financial statements, and KPIs for manufacturing clients.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and technical accounting activities.
• Build client relationships and collaborate with advisory teams and external partners.
• Coach staff and senior accountants while monitoring team KPIs.
• Onboard new clients through system setup and process documentation.
• Improve processes, integrate new technology platforms, and train team members on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of public or private accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
• At least 3 years of experience managing associates or teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial statements, KPIs, and cash flow.
• Experience with manufacturing or distribution accounting, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, or operational reporting.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct, plus the ability to adopt new technologies.
