What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and coach staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners to identify opportunities for higher-value services.
• Support client onboarding, system setup, process documentation, and technology integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or distribution
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial statements, KPIs, and cash flow
• Exposure to manufacturing or distribution accounting, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, or operational reporting
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and ability to adopt new technologies
• Ability to travel up to 10%
