Finance Innovation and Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define and manage the Finance AI and process automation roadmap across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, General Ledger, Master Data, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and the Global Shared Service Centre.
• Translate AI and automation strategy into operational objectives, prioritize high-value processes, and track measurable business outcomes against agreed KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with Finance Operations, IT, Global Process Transformation, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.
• Establish governance standards, controls, audit evidence, human sign-off requirements, and withdrawal criteria for underperforming capabilities.
• Design and deliver AI literacy and enablement programs for Finance colleagues and leadership.
• Build and lead a team of two direct reports and establish a Finance champion network across sub-departments.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and stakeholder-management skills across Finance, technical, audit, and cross-functional audiences.
• Strong strategic planning, continuous improvement, business process management, and organizational change-management capabilities.
• Deep practical understanding of artificial intelligence, large language model-based systems, agentic development environments such as Claude Code, robotic process automation, and Microsoft 365 automation tooling.
• Understanding of financial controls, segregation of duties, and audit evidence sufficient to design capabilities acceptable to Internal and External Audit.
• Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience spanning finance operations and controls, shared-service or process-centralization environments, and applied AI, including personally designing and delivering production AI or automation systems.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
