Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company developing a constellation that enables standard commercial devices to communicate directly from space.
What you will do
- Manage AI projects end to end, from understanding business and user needs through delivery.
- Coordinate planning across the AI department and control scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Run daily task management for the AI team in Jira or a similar tool, including boards, backlogs, priorities, deadlines, and reporting.
- Track implementation across product, R&D, data science, and learning and development workstreams.
- Identify blockers, delays, and risks early and drive them to resolution.
- Maintain visibility across the project portfolio and keep stakeholders aligned with Sateliot's roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical, software, or AI projects end to end.
- Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, planning, budget, risk, and dependencies.
- Hands-on daily experience with Jira or similar task management tools, including boards, workflows, backlog management, and reporting.
- Experience running agile execution through sprints, stand-ups, task follow-up, and unblocking.
- Ability to coordinate parallel workstreams and translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML, data, or other deep-tech projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or agile/Scrum certification.
- Interest in space, connectivity, or IoT.
