Project Manager

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, benefits, and governance with business and technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans covering timelines, cutover and go-live schedules, resources, dependencies, and budgets.
• Lead full project life-cycle delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage schedules, costs, quality, procurement, communications, risks, compliance, and scope changes.
• Coordinate developers, testers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, provide status reporting, lead project meetings and workshops, and ensure delivery with minimal business disruption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of delivering complex, full-lifecycle projects and programs.
• Proven record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership, judgment, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
