TL;DR
Project Manager (IT): Delivering complex IT-enabled projects and end-to-end business solutions across ERP, warehouse and logistics systems, and CRM with an accent on full-lifecycle planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery control. Focus on integrating heterogeneous enterprise systems, managing cross-functional teams and vendors, and solving cost, schedule, scope, risk, and business-disruption challenges.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model

What you will do
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, benefits, timelines, resources, dependencies, and budgets.
- Lead full project life-cycle delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies with appropriate governance and controls.
- Manage time, cost, schedule, quality, procurement, communication, risks, scope changes, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate developers, testers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, vendors, business users, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and project progress, provide status reporting, and lead meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Work with architects on integration strategies and manage vendor relationships, costs, quality, and schedules where required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering complex full-lifecycle projects, strategic programs, and tactical initiatives on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of project management principles, theories, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with Jira and MS Project.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership, judgment, and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
