SAP S/4HANA Finance Project Leader (d/f/m) (SAP Financials): Leading end-to-end SAP Finance projects and enhancements in Airbus’s finance transformation journey with an accent on General Ledger solutions, Central Finance, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Focus on defining project scope and KPIs, managing budgets and risks, resolving production issues, and supporting SAP changes through go-live.
Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model with 40% remote work

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, execution, testing, and go-live support for SAP Financials projects.
- Drive General Ledger solutions and enhancements that improve accounting efficiency, scalability, and business value.
- Gather requirements from internal clients and translate financial processes and needs into project deliverables.
- Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk-mitigation plans.
- Implement solutions across SAP Financials, Logistics, Sales, Central Finance, and P11, while resolving production issues.
- Coordinate finance, IT, operations, and other stakeholders; communicate project status and support adoption, training, and local ERP operations in Spain.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Financials solutions and successful implementations.
- Strong project management experience in SAP Finance, including project lifecycle, delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and diverse business and technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the Getafe area, Spain, for a hybrid role with 40% remote work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Central Finance.
- Proficiency in French and/or German.
