TL;DR
Strategic Project Manager (Live Entertainment Distribution): Designing and driving partner distribution plans that launch live experiences through third-party platforms and resellers with an accent on cross-functional execution, technical integrations, and scalable onboarding. Focus on coordinating commercial, technical, and operational workstreams, tracking launch and revenue KPIs, and resolving risks and bottlenecks.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid and home-office friendly, with possible travel across company markets.

What you will do
- Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans covering experiences, channels, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Own timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations.
- Coordinate catalog launches, resolve blockers, and keep technical integrations on track.
- Manage the distribution project pipeline, prioritizing initiatives by impact and effort.
- Build repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks for new partners.
- Track time-to-launch, coverage, live partners, and revenue ramp KPIs, while identifying and resolving risks.
Requirements
- Engineering background is required.
- 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination.
- Experience in technology startup environments and strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate commercial, technical, and operational teams and translate partner needs into actionable plans.
- Data-comfortable and process-driven, with excellent communication in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Experience with distribution partners, trade partners, or marketplace models.
- Hands-on experience with Asana, Jira, Monday, or Notion.
- Experience coordinating technical integrations.
- A third language.
