Finance Project Coordinator (Trainee)

What you will do

• Support the account services team with administrative coordination for campaign development.
• Handle client management and D365 administration tasks.
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure processes are followed.
• Provide timely updates to clients and vendors, address inquiries, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with creative, medical, finance, and client services teams to support seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and the agency or healthcare environment.
• Availability for at least six months and the ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with a school or university.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and team spirit.
• Good English and Spanish skills are required for the international environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
