Project Manager – Data & Analytics, User Operations

Location: Madrid, Spain; must be based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Madrid. Home-office friendly.

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data automations for User Operations.
• Translate operational data into concrete initiatives and data-driven recommendations for management.
• Provide actionable metrics for user support operations and visibility into event performance for partners.
• Support app developments that influence the user experience.
• Run projects end-to-end and coordinate with central Data and support operations stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies, prioritize improvements, and help evolve the data function.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data or analytics, such as analyst, data project manager, BI, or operations analytics roles.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Metabase, Looker, or similar tools.
• Scripting and automation experience.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, structure work, and prioritize independently.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Relevant master’s degree or additional training in data or analytics.
• Interest in explaining concepts to others and supporting team growth.
• Potential to develop into managing a team member over time.
