Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States; travel approximately 4–6 times per year is required for in-person collaboration.

Salary: $143,000–$170,000 annual full-time base salary, plus eligibility for annual incentive and equity programs.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams, typically managing 6–10 open requisitions.
• Source proactively for roles across credit, data science, analytics, product, platform management, and corporate functions.
• Build hiring plans with scorecards, interview-panel recommendations, and interviewer briefs.
• Calibrate interview processes and coach hiring managers and panelists toward consistent, unbiased evaluations.
• Develop offer strategies and negotiate terms with Finance, HRBPs, and Total Rewards.
• Maintain candidate and pipeline data integrity in Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter while providing market and talent-availability insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to define hiring goals and deliver qualified candidates.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to recruit across diverse functions and advise on role scope, timelines, and pipeline performance.
• Ability to travel approximately 4–6 times per year for in-person collaboration.
