Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; hybrid schedule with required office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting across the US for roles in sales, engineering, marketing, and other business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens, coordinate interviews, and support candidates from application through offer.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in Greenhouse.
• Assist with offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Lehi office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or another ATS.
• Interest in technology and cybersecurity.
