Location: Newton, Massachusetts, United States; minimum 4 days per week in the office

Salary: $136,200–$204,200 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner and liaison for the SVP of Fuels Marketing.
• Prepare and interpret KPI, financial results, cost driver, and profitability reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, re-forecasting, and variance analysis for the Fuels Marketing business unit.
• Build financial models and business cases supporting investment decisions, pricing strategies, resource planning, ROI analysis, and capital deployment.
• Analyze operating expenses, revenue opportunities, inventory, and profitability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and other stakeholders during strategic planning and financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance, or accounting, including 3+ years of team leadership.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, and financial planning or BI tool skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead and mentor professionals, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
