Specialist - Strategic Finance & Planning

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home

Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead annual and strategic planning, forecasts, monthly outlooks, operating expense planning, capital expenditure planning, workforce planning, and investment initiatives.
• Manage headcount forecasting, productivity analysis, capacity planning, organizational analysis, and resource allocation.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend performance improvements.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews covering financial performance, workforce metrics, forecasts, and strategic priorities.
• Build financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, technology investments, workforce strategies, and operating model changes.
• Advise executive leadership and collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Operations, and business leaders on strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Business Advisory functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and business case development.
• Strong workforce planning, organizational finance, expense management, analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
