Director - Strategic Finance & Analysis (Wealth Management) (Finance)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD annual base pay, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis and business case development for strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, partnerships, and business investments.
• Support acquisition activity through valuation analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and executive decision support.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, long-term growth opportunities, and the Wealth Management strategic planning process.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical frameworks to improve decision-making.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and act as a thought partner on complex, ambiguous business challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, corporate development, consulting, analytics, FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, business case development, strategic evaluation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, ownership, judgment, and prioritization skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
