What you will do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes.
• Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Provide actionable financial insights to practice leadership to support decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of billing and FP&A professionals.
• Identify and implement improvements for financial systems, reporting tools, and automation.
• Partner with IT and leadership on ERP optimization and integration of acquired entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a professional services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong technical accounting foundation and expertise in financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Workday.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Finance and Adaptive.
• Graduation from a top-tier undergraduate program or business school.
