Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reporting.
- Oversee FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
- Provide financial insights to practice leaders and corporate stakeholders to support decisions, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor engagement performance and profitability, and manage WIP and receivables with billing and accounting teams.
- Improve financial systems, reporting tools, automation, and ERP processes, including Workday optimization.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Senior FP&A Analyst and a billing team of more than five professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong expertise in financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adjust the work schedule based on client demands.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Finance and Adaptive.
- Graduation from a top-tier undergraduate program or business school.
