What you will do

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including integrated three-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches with defined drivers, assumptions, and outputs.
• Evaluate capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, organic growth strategies, and other financial alternatives.
• Support transaction engagements through pro forma modeling, deal-structure analysis, and evaluation of stakeholder outcomes.
• Design forecasting processes, budgets, management reporting frameworks, and sensitivity analyses.
• Manage engagement execution, review client deliverables, communicate recommendations, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced ability to build financial models from first principles and apply them to real-world business scenarios.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience developing clear, client-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced client-service environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA.
