Regional Manager, Maintenance Operations

Location: Irving, TX, United States

Salary: $80,155–$100,182 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Lead, train, coach, and direct regional field operations teams executing maintenance improvement initiatives.
• Implement national projects across the region, coordinating project management, training, system deployment, and operational support.
• Improve the reliability, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and sustainability of field maintenance standards and processes.
• Allocate people, equipment, materials, inventory, and other resources to meet operational needs.
• Partner with leadership on the design, implementation, operation, and support of IT systems and business applications.
• Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure reports demonstrating the value of regional resources and initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing field operations and at least 3 years of experience in operations such as residential property maintenance, property management, or residential construction.
• Experience in strategic planning, organization design, process improvement, budget planning, and financial management.
• Strong workforce planning, leadership, presentation, communication, stakeholder influence, and results-orientation skills.
• Knowledge of data management, enterprise IT databases, compliance, automated testing, high availability, and emerging technologies.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• Experience influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
• HVAC certification.
