Project Manager - Operations (Industrial Gas)

Location: Waterford, Connecticut, United States, at a regional office; Monday–Friday with up to 40–50% regional travel to hirify.global and customer sites.

Annual base salary: $80,000–$97,000.

What you will do

• Manage complex industrial gas equipment installation projects from planning through completion.
• Build and monitor schedules, milestones, project risks, staffing, overtime, costs, and capital expenditure budgets.
• Create and update piping and instrumentation diagrams using AutoCAD and verify process equipment against the diagrams.
• Prepare and coordinate Management of Changes, project status reports, cost tracking, and project documentation.
• Order inventory, source vendors, coordinate resources, and escalate project issues to the appropriate leaders.
• Support safety, quality, ISO/QC audit, environmental, and customer complaint programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an administrative or science discipline preferred; high school diploma or GED with relevant experience required in lieu of a degree.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• 3–5 years of project control or scheduling experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, project schematics, and process flow charts; knowledge of bulk cryogenic installations.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, Google platforms, AutoCAD, and Intelex.
• Reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, required liability insurance, and ability to travel to regional hirify.global and customer sites are required.
