Sr. Project Manager - Operations (Project Planning, Risk & Change Mgmt.)

Location: Onsite in Coralville, IA; Fargo, ND; Boulder, CO; San Diego, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Madison, WI. An eligible remote work arrangement is also available from a home location in the United States.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Plan and manage global cross-functional operations projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution and resolve issues.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating matters through governance channels when appropriate.
• Provide timely project status reporting on milestones, risks, and delivery health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management and hirify.global Business System certification or equivalent knowledge, including visual project management, problem solving, and daily management.
• At least five years of project management experience is preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives.

• Experience with traditional, agile, or hybrid project management approaches.
• Ability to influence, motivate, collaborate, and assess performance across project team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
