What you will do

• Manage daily operations and set priorities for a large functional area or department.
• Lead professional teams responsible for operational processes and project outcomes.
• Review projects, approve detailed designs and cost estimates, and contribute to long-range departmental planning.
• Clarify or modify project plans and scheduling requirements based on operational needs.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and make hiring and compensation recommendations.
• Drive compliance, continuous improvement, customer loyalty, and cross-functional solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships at the middle-management level.
• Strong business acumen, strategic agility, communication, negotiation, change-management, and talent-development skills.
